On the 9 – 11 of February, 2020, Dean of Adizes Graduate School (USA) Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas spoke at the Business forum in Cairo, Egypt, organized by leading African Business school- AUC (American University of Cairo) School of Business.
The forum included five roundtables where 30 well known academics, business, industry leaders and policy makers from Egypt, Africa, Middle East and other parts of the world were discussing issues related to business and management development, executive education, responsible business, inclusive development.
During those discussions, Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas shared ideas and recommendations regarding the issues and questions related to change management and team building. He also explained to the audience how Adizes organizational transformation methodology gives efficient and effective tools for managing change in a competitive and dynamic environment.
Some questions that were answered:
• Are business schools ready to address the issues given the accelerated pace of change?
• How can business schools’ impact and change business and society? How can they foster
entrepreneurship and promote inclusive growth?
• Do today’s business schools’ curricula reflect the skills and competencies that global
corporations and markets need? What needs to change and how? Is it the content, the delivery approach or both?
• How dynamic should business schools be and what should business schools do to stay
competitive and relevant? Do business schools offer what it takes to prepare tomorrow’s innovative, leaders.
